At Aroma Store, we ensure safe, timely, and reliable delivery of your favorite Aromatherapy, Ayurveda Beauty & Wellness Products right to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Locations

·        We deliver across India.

·        International shipping is available in select countries (charges may vary).

2. Shipping Charges

·        Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

·        A standard shipping charge applies for orders below ₹999.

·        International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

·        Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

·        Estimated delivery time:

o   Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

o   Other Locations: 5–7 business days.

o   International Orders: 10–15 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

·        Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

·        You can also track your order through My Orders section on our website.

5. Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to weather, courier partner issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, our team will update you promptly.


7 Days Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love shopping with Aroma Store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your product within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

1. Eligibility for Return

·        Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

·        Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

·        Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

·        Opened or used products.

·        Personal care items such as essential oils, serums, and soaps (if seal is broken).

·        Customized or promotional products.

3. Return Process

2.     Share your order number and reason for return.

3.     Our team will arrange pickup through our courier partner (wherever possible).

4.     Once received and inspected, your refund/exchange will be processed.

4. Refund Timeline

·        Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

·        In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/credit voucher.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
